England forward Harry Kane scored twice during his 100th international appearance Tuesday as the Three Lions beat Finland 2-0 in a UEFA Nations League match.
Team captain Kane scored a brace in the 57th and 76th minutes to cement a home win in a Group B2 match at London’s Wembley Stadium.
The 31-year-old Bayern Munich regular has scored 68 goals for England since 2015.
Before the Finland match, Kane received a gold cap for reaching 100 England appearances.
He joined former England players Peter Shilton, Wayne Rooney, David Beckham, Steven Gerrard, Bobby Moore, Ashley Cole, Sir Bobby Charlton, Frank Lampard and Billy Wright, who played at least 100 matches for the Three Lions.
Group B2 is led by Greece, which have six points. England also have six points in two matches, but the Three Lions have scored less than Greece so far.
Greece won at Ireland 2-0 on Tuesday evening.
Ireland and Finland have lost their two matches each to be in the lower ranks in this group.
In their next fixture, England will face Greece at Wembley on Oct. 10.
