Kaduna Electric holds interactive session during customer service week

Kaduna Electric will this week hold customer care interactive session as part of activities to mark the customer service week, the company has said. The occasion put together by the marketing and customer services department, to key into an internationally recognized event, is aimed at highlighting the importance of customer service to the company, The week long event, the first in the company’s history, will be marked with series of activities that include media house visits, corporate social responsibility and appreciation day, to be rounded off with novelty match. The company said as part of efforts to add glamour to the event, the surroundings of the company’s corporate headquarters now wear beautiful decorations with branded selfie booth and lots of publicity on social media. “The Customer Service Week is an internationally recognized event celebrated annaually by customeroriented organizations on the first week of October to bring attention to the contributions of customer service providers to businesses,” the Chief Marketing and Customer Services Officer, Malam Murtala Bello said. “Celebrating the event is not only in line with global best practices but to showcase the activities of customer services in relation to its contribution in resolving the myriad of issues associated with the business.” Bello further stated that, “the business of retailing electricity comes with countless number of issues given the peculiarity of the business.”
