Jose Mourinho models Jaguar car before donning green uniform and sets to work on new car

Jose Mourinho swapped the Old Trafford dressing room for the Jaguar factory as the Manchester United boss delivered a motivational speech to employees and gets down to work on new car.
The Portuguese then explored the impressive surroundings at the £2billion state-of-the art plant before putting some finishing touches to the 100,000th F-PACE model in an advertisement for the car company.
Mourinho even donned the traditional company green to add a little shine to his sparkling new ride.
The 54-year-old told the panel of workers: ‘We all have a job to do, and I need everyone to give 110 per cent. You are a good team, the best, but today I need you to be even better.
‘You need to be focused and deliver the kind of quality performance the fans have come to expect.
‘We have to be sure that you create something really special. So go out there and give the people what they want,’ he concluded.
After addressing a number of employees on the factory floor in Solihull, Mourinho set to work with a cloth, buffing up the bodywork.
He said: ‘It was an amazing experience to visit Jaguar’s factory and see all the cars, technology and hard work that goes into developing such a beautiful car.’
The feeling appeared to be mutual as Jaguar’s director of design Ian Callum said: ‘It’s great to have one of the most successful football managers drive the F-PACE.’
Mourinho will be back at the day job on Saturday as he looks to polish off the challenge of Newcastle United and close the eight-point gap to Manchester City at the top.
