Jerry Gana appeals to delegates to show positive attitude

The former Minister of Information, Prof Jerry Gana has appealed to delegates to use the opportunity of the conference to take Nigeria to another level of development.

Prof Gana who urged Nigerians to show support to the delegates appealed to them to develop a positive attitude that would transform Nigeria noting that only in so doing can Nigeria’s democracy be built.
He stated that government was careful in the nomination of delegates at the ongoing national conference and appealed to all delegates to move to that level of discourse that would propose solutions that will rebuild Nigeria.

Prof Gana who is a delegate at the conference stated that if the conference does its job well, Nigeria would live in peace again, describing the conference as a golden opportunity to achieve peace given the number of experienced people at the conference.
He said democracies the world over are built by debates and consensus.
