IHF U-21 Emerging Nations:U-21 vow to bounce back after Georgia loss

The national under 23 handball male team, participating at the IHF Emerging Nations in Georgia, on Saturday, wete defeated by the host 27-14.

In a one sided game, Georgia, with home support, came all out against Nigeria forcing the National Under 23 team to make mistakes which eventually led to resounding defeat in the hands of thrones host. 

The boys, however are not giving up and have promised to redeem themselves on Sunday evening when they play Ireland. 

Victory over Ireland will bring them back in contention for the semi finals place and the team is leaving no stone unturned as they have worked on the errors noticed against Georgia. 

The coaches also promised to do their best in tactically motivating the boys to go all out for victory against the Irish.

Meanwhile, President of the Handball Federation of Nigeria (HFN) Mr. Sam Ocheho has urged the teams not to give up but go all out to put smile on the faces of Nigerians.
