Kebbi state governor, Comrade, Dr. Nasir Idris, has expressed deep sympathy and sorrow, on the demise of Justice Usman Mohammed, a retired Justice of the Supreme Court, who passed this Sunday in Argungu after protracted illness, at the age of 92.
In a condolence message to the Emir of Argungu, the family of the deceased and the entire Argungu emirate, Governor Nasir Idris, described late Justice Usman Mohammed, as an iconic judicial personality who adjudicated on the prestigious bench of the Supreme Court in justice, law and order of the land.
“The vacuum left by Justice Usman Mohammed will be felt not only in Kebbi state but also in the federation”,
“We take solace in God that the revered Justice served the nation in excellence and diligence, which will remain indelible”,
The incumbent administration in the state will appropriately in due course, immortalize him as a mark of honour and respect”,
