Hajj 2017: NAHCON to investigate tour operators over poor services

The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) is to investigate the alleged cases of poor services rendered to Nigeria Pilgrims by some Tour Operator Companies and their Service Providers, as well as States Pilgrims Welfare Boards and Agencies.
The Chairman/CEO of NAHCON, Barr. Abdullahi Mukhtar Muhammad made this known during a visit to state and tour operators pilgrims’ Tents in Mina where the Chairman sought to know the level of services provided to pilgrims under States and Tour Operators.
After Listening to these pilgrims narrating on some lapses, the chairman vowed that the commission will investigate and take appropriate action against any Hajj Service Providers or Tour Operator that rendered poor services to Nigeria pilgrims.
The Chairman vowed to oblige the erring services providers companies or tour operators to make refunds back to the affected pilgrims; saying that the commission has reported the matter to Saudi Ministry of Hajj.
Pilgrims had earlier complained of poor services like inadequate Tent space, poor toilet facilities and delay in the provision of food by some caterers. The Chairman also visited the Kitchen and tasted the meal supply to pilgrims in order to ascertain the king of food being served to Nigeria pilgrims.

Meanwhile, Nigeria Pilgrims have been urge to continue to pray for President Muhammadu Buhari for Almighty Allah to grants him good health and strength to lead the country to a greater height.
