Gunmen have stormed Galadimawa village in Giwa Local Government Area of Kaduna state and have killed leader of Vigilantee and 4 others on Wednesday.
An eye witness told our correspondent that the bandits stormed the village in their large number and started shooting seprodically there by killing the Vigilantee leader and 4 other person who died on the spot.
Blueprint learnt that a fully loaded trailer with grains was set ablazed.
It was further gathered that a large number of local hunters and other members of community were mobilized and went after the bandits who flee the scene on their motorbikes into the bush.
All effort to reach Kaduna state Police Command’s spokesman, ASP Mohammed Jalige for comment on the incident wasnt possible as he neither response to call put to his mobile nor he returned the text message sent him as at the time filing this report.
