Group advocates end to political crisis in Rivers state

A group, Concerned Nigerian Network in Diaspora and Rebuild Nigeria Movement (CNNDRNM), worldwide has advocated for resolution, even as it called for an immediate end to the political crisis in Rivers state.

The group, represented by its president, Amb. James Erebuoye, made the advocacy during a press conference held in Abuja.

Appealing for unity and support for President Tunubu’s Administration, Amb. Erebuoye stressed that the ongoing turmoil in the state is becoming a distraction for President Tunubu’s government.

He emphasised the importance of redirecting Tinubu’s focus to the substantial tasks ahead, maintaining that the President’s undivided attention is crucial for addressing critical national issues.

The president of CNNDRNM called on Nigerians both at home and in the diaspora to extend their full support to President Tunubu.

While calling on well meaning Nigerians, he appeal to political appointees to imbibe the spirit of selflessness seeing their appointments as a rare privilege of servitude and not to create problems in this administration.

Acknowledging President Tunubu’s commitment to the administration’s objectives, Erebuoye urged Nigerians to offer prayers and constructive support rather than succumbing to negativity or distractions.

He then highlighted the positive trajectory of Tunubu’s initial governance efforts and emphasized the collective responsibility of Nigerians in achieving the desired national progress.

Amb. Erebuoye urged Nigerians to adopt a positive and supportive stance, emphasizing the need for unity and collective effort in building the Nigeria of our dreams.
