Gareth Bale performs incredible golf trick shot as star shows off skills in the Bahamas

Gareth Bale took a leaf out of Happy Gilmore’s book with an incredible trick shot using the driver. Th e Real Madrid forward shared a video of his exploits at the Baker’s Bay Golf and Ocean club in the Bahamas. His 30 million followers were treated to a clip of Bale picking the ball off the tee, before chucking it into the air and driving it down the fairway as it bounced. Th e idyllic surroundings in the Northeastern island only serve to enhance Bale’s trick on a baking hot day. Clearly enjoying his holiday, Bale was lapping up the rays as he wore only shorts for his round of golf. He was evidently delighted with the result, asking whether the camera was recording before he took the shot, then celebrating with a loud shout of: ‘Boossshhh!’ Bale attached the caption to his Instagram post: ‘An inspired tour to Baker’s Bay. What a day!’ Th e Welshman will be hoping he can connect with a few more emphatic strikes followed by celebrations for Zinedine Zidane’s side next season.
