Speaking at the launch, Chief Executive Officer of the company, Mr. Tunde Oloyede, said the platform will ease the pain people go through to get their parcels.

Also, social media retailers can initiate delivery requests from within their chats with customers; and customers of e-Commerce platforms can now choose and pay for their preferred delivery service during checkout.
