Former Nigeria U-20 international Gift Atulewa has been confirmed dead at the age of 38.
The former Warri Wolves and Bayelsa United player reportedly battled health issues related to high blood pressure before his passing.
Atulewa is now the third member of Nigeria’s 2005 U-20 squad to have passed away, following the deaths of Olufemi Adebayo and Isaac Promise.
According to reports, he battled health issues related to HBP before his demise.
