Cipriani Limited, A real estate firm has announced a partnership with the federal ministry of Science and technology in order to develop smart cities in Abuja, the federal capital territory
The partnership was sealed over the weekend when the Chief Executive Officer of the firm o Segun Maku, paid a visit to the ministry, stressing that the partnership will birth transformation in smart building in Abuja and environs.
He said “Cipriani’s partnership with the Federal Ministry of Science,Technology and Innovation to develop a smart city in Abuja aims to integrate advanced technology, innovation, and sustainability into the city’s infrastructure, paving the way for a future-focused urban environment.
“This strategic partnership is particularly important as the government has now proven it’s commitment in identifying with 3D technology because they is the future of the construction sector not only in Nigeria or Africa but the world at large,” he said.
Maku added that only recently, the firm launched “The DESIGN HUB REALTY TV SHOW is set to revolutionize the industry, offering viewers an unparalleled insight into the latest trends, 3D designs, and developments in real estate aimed at fostering creativity, inspire innovation, and provide valuable information to both industry professionals and Nigerians.”
In his response, the minister of Science and Technology, Uche Nnaji pledged the commitment of the ministry in improving technological advancement in the Construction industry
Nnaji added that “The ministry will provide the necessary facilities and land needed to develop the smart cities and also the needed environment to develop manpower capacity.”
