FCE Akoka staff school inaugurated alumni association

The Federal College Education (Technical) as part of its ongoing 25years anniversary and celebration inaugurated six pioneer members that will midwife the affairs of the college staff school alumni association.

The six alumni were; Ugoh Chinwe; Onu Testimony; Barrister Okundaye Cynthia; Asognon Damilola; Ayomiposi Victor and Sharon Okundaye.

Speaking during the inauguration, Director of the Centre For Endowment Development and Alumni relationship (CEDAAR), Dr. Olojede Kehinde, said he’s elated over the  achievement of the staff school in the last 25 years.

According to him, the young boys and girls of yesterday whose roots of yesterday have become reality today.

One of the Alumni, Cynthia Okundaye who spoke to our correspondent, said she was very happy to be part of the alumni pioneer association of FCE (technical)

She stated the first step on the task is to create a platform for the alumni community where they will connect and network together.

She emphasized on the struggling members of the association that the alumni have really identified anyone who is still struggling out there.

“As such, in light of the urgency of the situation and the continued suffering of the Nigerian people and workers, the NEC-in-session calls for immediate action from the federal government to rectify these grievances and restore faith in the democratic process and social dialogue.”
