Enugu Rangers attacker Osaguona Ighodaro following his scintillating displays with the Super Eagles is now attracting offer from Turkish side, Gaziantespor to sign him while Italian giants Parma and Fiorentina also wants to cash in on the highly rated striker.
The Turkish Super Lig side are eager to bolster their frontline in the January transfer window, and have already started testing ground to poach the Super Eagle from Enugu Rangers.
Ibrahim Halil Kizil’in, president of Gaziantepspor, has opened talks with the agent of Osaguona Ighodaro about the possibility of joining John Chibuike and Gbenga Arokoyo at the club.
As it stands, Gaziantepspor are in pole position to secure the signature of the two-cap Nigeria international, who is open to the idea of playing in Turkey.
In the proposed deal, there are perks, with the player promised a win bonus of 10,000 euros per game, a Kia-branded car and a housing allowance of 10,000 euros, apart from his monthly wage.
It is understood that Kalmar are also lining up a move for Ighodaro, but given his list of suitors, the Swedish club do not have the financial clout to compete with their rivals.
The 24-year-old Ighodaro is contractually bound to Enugu Rangers for another three years.
