Dana Air Limited has announced its partnership with the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG) for the 21st Nigerian Economic Summit holding in Abuja on Thursday week.
The chief accountable officer of the airline, Mr. Obi Mbanuzo said in a statement issued in Lagos that the three-day event with the theme ‘Tough Choices: Achieving Competitiveness, Inclusive Growth and Sustainability’ and jointly sponsored by the National Planning Commission would feature participants from Nigeria, global private sector leaders, captains of industries, policy makers as well as top government representatives.
He also said discussion would centre on creating jobs, dismantling pillars of corruption, macro-economic stability and growth, small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) growth, institutional reforms, competitiveness, and alignment of home-grown long-term development agenda with the United Nations’ sustainable development goals (SDG’s) that takes effect from January 2016.
As airline partner, Mbanuzo said Dana Air would offer complementary tickets and a special discount to all delegates upon presentation of their summit invitation at any of the airline’s office or point of sale nationwide.
The carrier operates daily flights from Lagos to Abuja, Port Harcourt and Uyo as well as Abuja to Port Harcourt and Uyo.
