Court to deliver judgment on ASCSN crisis June 3

The Congress of Senior Civil Servants of Nigeria (CSCSN) Thursday  stated that the National Industrial Court (NIC), Abuja, has fixed judgment on the leadership crisis rocking the congress for Monday, June 3, 2024.

CSCSN stated this in a statement made available to journalists in Ibadan by its national coordinator, Comrade Andrew Emelieze.

The congress in the statement said members should remain calm and be ready to accept the judgment from the National Industrial Court.

“We urge our members to remain calm and be ready to accept the judgment from the National Industrial Court  and thereafter start the process of reconciliation and the rebuilding of the union in order to promote the well-being of our members”, he said.

Comrade Emelieze added,” We salute all lovers of justice, who had stood with Comrade Bola Innocent Audu, the democratically elected president of the union , whom we believe some powerful forces in the union had used untenable flimsy excuses to remove and thereafter resort to using terrible and horrible means to set him up.

“However, the truth has remained constant, Comrade Bola has been vindicated severally. The congress commends Comrade Bola for remaining rugged to pushing a peaceful resolution of the crisis through the National Industrial Court.”
