The supervisory councillor for Special Duties and Acting Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to the chairman, Hon. Yusuf Adamu Dabo, who gave the commendation in a chat our correspondent in Kuje, said the “numerous achievements of Hon. Shaban have been vindicated by his rating amongst the best area council chairmen in the capital territory.”

Dabo said the chairman’s achievements included completion of inherited projects initiated by the past administration; execution of Kango rural electrification; ongoing clinic project at Chibiri; provision of seven transformers in Kuje township; provision of boreholes in eight villages; completion of first batch of Kuje modern market by green house international company; production and distribution of 10,000 primary school exercise books, among others.
Dabo, who spoke on behalf of the chairman, appealed to the people to be patient, stressing that “amenities cannot be sited in all communities at the same time.”
He called on the Council Boss not to be distracted by the antics of those who do not wish Kuje Area Council well.
