Nigeria’s sole representatives in the CAF Confederation Cup, Enyimba Fc of Aba Sunday evening at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo  fought back from two goals down to draw 2-2 with Zamalek of Egypt in continuation of the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup.

The draw gave Enyimba their first points in the mini-league stage of the competition, while Zamalek now have four points from two matches.

The home fans  were left stunned with goals by Seifeddine Jaziri in the 33rd minute and Omar Faraj on 41 minutes.

However, Enyimba showed their resilience by pulling a goal back in first half stoppage time through Ifeanyi Ihemekwele, before Ufere Chinedu equalized in the 57th minute.

Both teams had chances to win this encounter but good goalkeeping or poor finishing denied them.
