Closeout: Fhi360 hands over data tools, phones, MIYCN equipments to Yobe

As part of the activities making the project closeout in Yobe state, Fhi360, alive and thrive Project handed over monitoring and evaluation data tools, phones IEC materials and Maternal, Infant and Young Child Nutrition (MIYCN) equipments to Yobe state government.

The project aimed to accelerate the of scale of MIYCN intervention in Yobe and Nigeria at large.

Receiving the equipments on behalf of the state, the Commissioner of health and human services, Dr. Mohammed Lawan Gana, appreciated Fhi360, alive and thrive for the donation, stressing that the organization have been in Yobe for 3 years and have done a lot on nutrition in respect to the maternal infant in the state.

Represented by the state Director public health, Dr Hauwa Goni,Gana assured the organization that the state will use all donated items for the purpose intended.
