Buhari spreading hunger, insecurity – Lamido

Former governor of Jigawa state and presidential aspirant on the platform of the People Democratic Party, (PDP) Alhaji Sule Lamido has accused President Mohammedu Buhari of bringing only hunger and more insecurity to Nigerians instead of the change he promised in 2015. He said that if Buhari was a man of integrity as claimed in some quarters, what was he doing in the midst of thieves to the extent of habouring persons of questionable characters. The former governor said actions taken by the administration of Buhari in the past years have indicated that he is not a democrat, adding that his administration had clamped down on PDP members defecting from APC because it cannot survive without PDP members. He said that APC has taken the country back to ten years as insecurity has assumed alarming state adding that the recent defeat of PDP in Katsina and Bauchi can not derail the fortunes of PDP in 2019 election. He warned INEC to prepare for free and fair election in 2019, adding that Nigerians were ready to fight against rigging of any form as showed in the elections conducted recently
