President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived his home town, Daura, Katsina State, for the Eid-El-Kabir celebration.
Governor Aminu Bello Masari led top government officials to receive the President at the Umar Musa Yar’adua International Airport.
The Emir of Katsina, Dr Abdulmumin Kabir Usman, was also at the airport to welcome the President.
The Nigeria Airforce Jet 001 that conveyed the President to Katsina landed at the tarmac of the airport at about 4:06pm.
After the airport ceremonies, the President boarded a helicopter to Daura for the Sallah celebration.
