The Uxbridge Magistrate Court in the United Kingdom has denied former deputy senate president, Ike Ekweremadu and his wife, Beatrice bail concerning their involvement in alleged human trafficking and organ harvesting.
The duo were arrested on Thursday by the Police in London.
It was gathered that their alleged victim in the case is a homeless 15-year-old boy who was brought to the U.K. by Mr and Mrs Ekweremadu off the streets of Lagos in Nigeria.
They were were remanded in the custody of the Police.
Their case has been adjourned to July 7, 2022.
