Breaking: Suspected meningitis outbreak k!lls 26 in Kebbi

The Kebbi State Government has confirmed that 26 people have died from a suspected outbreak of cerebrospinal meningitis.

The local government areas affected are Aliero, Gwandu and Jega.

Cerebrospinal meningitis is a serious infection that can spread from person to person.

Symptoms include fever, severe headache, neck stiffness, nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light.
