Breaking – Nigeria Decides: Massive turn out of Voters in Abuja *Ballot papers missing in Jikwoyi, voting yet to start by 9.15am

Reports from our Correspondents across the Nation’s capital indicate massive turn out of Voters.

However, there are teething issues in various polling centres.

Blueprint Correspondent Benjamin Umuteme in Jikwoyi reports: “At the polling unit 017 in Jikwoyi phase 3, voting was yet to start as at 9am.

“This was partly due to the insistence of polling agents of the various parties present to count the ballot papers. In the process of counting it was discovered that the ballot papers for the Presidential election was not complete- 7 sheets were missing.

“There was strong presence of security personnel with many helping to educate some voters on how to go about the process.
A total number of 37 INEC ad hoc staff led by Teminu Yahuza were on ground to carry out the exercise. The unit is an enlarged one which has about 9 voting point.”

In Karu, our Correpondent Helen Emmanuel reports that accreditation has not started at CBN junction in Abuja.
