Breaking: Fresh trouble for ex-Customs boss as Court orders his arrest

For failing to appear before the court, the Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered the arrest of former Comptroller General of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Abdullahi Inde Dikko.

The Independent Corrupt Practices and other related offences Commission (ICPC) had charged him for fraud and two others.

Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu, who ordered for Dikko’s arrest on Monday, said his lawyer, Solomon Akuma (SAN) at last adjourned date, undertook to ensure that his client would be in court.

She said the Lawyer only turned around to present a medical report, claiming Dikko was critically ill and on admission in London.
