Serial Champion, Blessing Okagbare, is at it again.
The Delta-born Nigerian has just finished a 100 metres race at 10.63secs during the ongoing national trials holding in Lagos ahead of 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
Before now in an official note, Okagbare had ran 10.79 secs.
