The Supreme Court has delivered its first ruling against the Peoples Democratic Party and its presidential candidate in the 2019 Election, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
The apex court stood down hearing of Atiku’s appeal on the basis that it want a situation where there would be a single judgement on the main appeal and this would cover all the others.
The report said Wole Olanipekun, Ustaz Yinusa and Lateef Fagbemi, who are standing for President Muhammadu Buhari, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and the All Progressives Congress (APC), agreed to the stand of the panel.
