Smart Adeyemi will in a matter of time be declared winner of November 30 Kogi West senatorial supplementary contest.
At the moment, Adeyemi is comfortably leading Dino Melaye with over 5000 votes.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) is yet to declare the official result of the election.
