About 28 out of 37 state chairmen of the ruling All Progressives Congress Congress (APC) have just passed a vote of confidence on the National Chairman, Adams Oshiomohle.
Addressing newsmen Thursday after a closed door meeting with the National Working Committee (NWC), the state chairmen said those who were calling for Oshiomohle’s resignation were doing that to malign him and President Muhammad Buhari.
Speaking on behalf of the chairmen, Enugu state chairman, Dr. Ben Nwoye said: “After our deliberations with the NWC, listening to all the complaints and their own explanation, we the state chairmen have decided to pass a vote of confidence on the National Chairman, Adams Oshiomohle. ”
