Breaking: 22days after, Osinbajo finally assigns portfolios to new ministers

Acting President, Yemi Osinbajo has on Wednesday assigned portfolios to the two new ministers screened and inaugurated about 22 days ago. They are Stephen Ocheni (Kogi) and Suleiman Hassan (Gombe).

 

Senior Special Assistant to the Acting President, Media and Publicity,  Laolu Akande, announced the development on his Twitter handle.

 

Ocheni was made to replace his late kinsman, Bar. James Ocholi as Minister of State, Labour and Employment; while Hassan will be assisting Babatunde Fashola as Minister of State, Power, Works and Housing.

 

“There are now two ministers of state in Power, Works and Housing ministries,” Akande said.
