By the powers vested on him by the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended), the executive governor of Borno state, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum, will be presenting the 2025 budget to the Borno state House of Assembly on Monday.
The budget presentation provides a platform for Governor Zulum to set in motion the monetary and fiscal projections of his administration for the year 2025 and make important policy pronouncements thereto.
A statement issued and signed by the Commissioner , Borno state Ministry of Information and Internal Security, Professor Usman Tar, Sunday, evening and made available to newsmen in Maiduguri said, “in view of this, key stakeholders including senior government officials, party officials and supporters, the organised private sector, civil society and citizens are expected to assemble at the Borno House of Assembly to honour this important constitutional event.”
