Bizman applauds Kogi gov Ododo for appointing young people into cabinet

Kogi state Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo has been applauded for appointing young people as Senior Special Assistants (SSAs), Local Government Special Assistants (LSAs) and Ward Special Assistants (WSAs) in his administration.

In a statement in Abuja Friday by the Managing Director, Vitek Engineering Company Limited, High Chief Ofodum Vitus, commended the governor for “grooming young people who will take over the leadership of the state tomorrow.”

He urged the appointees to approach their responsibilities with “wisdom, innovation, and a strong focus to make a positive impact on the lives of the people of Kogi state.”

“As all of you appointees embark on your new roles, I wish you all the best in your endeavors. May your tenure be marked by wisdom, innovation, and progress,” he said.

He also expressed appreciation to the governor for the appointments that cut across every zone within the 21 local government areas of the state.

He charged the new appointees to work tirelessly to deliver on the priorities of the present administration, urging them to work closely with the people at the grassroots to ensure they build on the gains recorded under the immediate past Governor.

“I firmly believe in the greatness and possibilities that Governor Ododo’s administration holds for the advancement of Kogi State and its people. Your unwavering commitment to welfare of the state and local government workers has not gone unnoticed, and it is truly commendable.

“I am optimistic that under your leadership, Kogi State will experience unprecedented growth, development, and prosperity as you consolidate on the legacy of your predecessor, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello.”
