Niger state governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago, has showered encomiums on the Speaker of the Niger State House of Assembly and member representing Mariga constituency, AbdulMalik Sarkin Daji on his 43rd birthday.
In a birthday message by his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, the farmer governor described the celebrant as a young, vibrant, intelligent, enthusiastic and hardworking Speaker.
He acknowledged how passionate, purposeful and committed the Speaker had been in making the 10th state assembly more vibrant and effective in service delivery.
He said, “I, Farmer Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago, applauds your leadership style at the Niger State House of Assembly, especially, as you continue to mobilise other lawmakers for legislations aimed at supporting and ensuring the realisation of the New Niger agenda of the administration”.
He further commended the existing cordial relationship between the executive and legislative arms of government, and promised to deepen the relationship.
The farmer governor prayed for God’s blessings on the Speaker with many years, more wisdom, sound health and vitality to continue to provide purposeful leadership at the state assembly.
