APC Senatorial candidate donates N3m, others to Nganzai IDPs

APC Borno North Senatorial Candidate, Engr Abubakar Kyari, donated relief materials and three million cash to Internally Displaced Persons IDPs from Nganzai local government area of Borno state, who are currently taking refuge at Bakassi Housing Estate in Maiduguri, yesterday, received donations of relief materials and N3 million cash.

Presenting the donations, Alhaji Abubakar Kyari prayed Allah to grant perfect peace to those who lost their lives through the persistent Boko Haram insurgency, urging the surviving ones to regard what happened as an act of Allah.

Kyari, who is the former Chief of Staff to Governor Kashim Shettima and the 2015 APC Northern Borno Senatorial candidate, said he was at the camp to sympathise with the displaced persons from Nganzai LG which is part of his Senatorial district that he wants to represent at the National Assembly.

He called on the IDPs to accept what happened to them as a destiny and the relief materials, including the N3 million cash which are aimed at relieving their hardships.
Chairman of Nganzai LGA, Malam Gana Badu, who received the donations on behalf of his people, thanked Kyari for his assistance and concern to the plight of Nganzai’s people.

Blueprint reports that the donations include N3 million cash and rice, grains, spaghetti, cooking oil, toiletries among others.

Asked you to come here to see things for yourselves, this you have seen and we cannot deny this. So if I am here now and I sent this picture as if I am in Ekiti that is deception, whether this is sponsored or orchestrated the fact remains something is wrong somewhere.
