Anambra govt partners firm to build Luxury Estate

The government of Anambra state and Rotech Energy Services Ltd have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to build Luxury Estate, as part of legacy projects of governor Willie Obiano, in the state.

The parties have also held an affirmation conference at the ANSIPP office in Awka ti finalise the agreement.

Speaking at the brief event, the CEO of Rotech Energy Services Ltd, High Chief Austin Oguejiofor, reiterated his determination to deliver on the Estate as demanded by the dictates of the MOU, adding that work is now being fast tracked to ensure that all the sites and sound services are delivered by the end of the year.

“I am highly encouraged by the deep commitment of the State Governor, His Excellency, Chief Dr Willie Obiano and other State functionaries to facilitate all that are required for the seamless delivery of the project, and I assure on my part that I will not fail. Already we have started an aggressive marketing strategy for the Luxury Estate so that our people both in Nigeria and in Diaspora take advantage of the State Governor’s commitment and buy into the Estate,” Oguejiofor said.

In his brief remark, Commissioner for Housing, Arc Michael Okonkwo assured that his ministry will do all that is necessary and convenient to deliver on the Luxury Estate, as “this project is one of the legacy projects that His Excellency Chief Dr Willie Obiano will leave behind in his regime.”

He thanked Chief Oguejiofor for his interest in investing in Anambra state.

Also the CEO of ANSIPPA, Mr Jide Ikeakor assured Chief Austin Oguejiofor and the public that his agency will not fail to work with all concerned to deliver on the Estate and called on the general public to patronize the Estate and take advantage to have a property at the Luxury Estate.
