Goalkeeper Theophilus Afelokhai has said he is close to agreeing a return to Kano Pillars from Enyimba this week.
“I love Kano Pillars, everything I have today in football in terms of achievement should be traced to the club,” former Nigeria U23 goalkeeper told scorenigeria.com.ng revealed
“I have three offers to choose from but Pillars are likely to be my destination if contract terms are reached with my manager
“Rivers United and Akwa United have approach me too, but my manager has the final say on where I play next season.
“I am presently in Kaduna with my family, just waiting for my manager to decide my next destination.”
He said he enjoyed his time with Enyimba.
“I had a very good time in Enyimba, getting to the group stage of the Champions League and being part of the team who secured a Confederation Cup ticket this past season, it was huge.
“I am a child of destiny, any team I play for will always progress.”
