Ahead of 2027 general election, the former minister of State for Science and Technology, Chief Ikechukwu Ikoh has charged the party faithfuls to work hard and ensure total victory for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state.
Chief Ikoh, who is also the chairman, government council of the Federal Polytechnic Nekede, gave the charge while addressing APC stakeholders from the 17 Local Government Areas in Abia state at his country home, Ikwuano Umuahia.
Chief Ikoh said everybody should vote for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who he said has done so well on infrastructural developments based on his massive road constructions round the South East.
He specifically pointed at the Enugu Port Harcourt road, 9th mile and Benue which are on going.
Ikoh further advised former presidential candidate of the Labour Party in 2023 election, Peter Obi, to drop his presidential ambition for now and support President Tinubu for second term, adding that he is the only one that has a chance due to his achievements so far.”
