2014 W/Cup: Eagles’ll make Africa proud – Jostine

The Super Eagles of Nigeria have what it takes to make Africa proud at the 2014, edition of the forthcoming FIFA World Cup Finals scheduled for Brazil. Coach Madugu Jostine of Adamawa Utd has told Blueprint Sports in Jos.
Coach Jostine believed the Super Eagles have always been a promising team and all they needed to do was to raise the bar at the World Cup stage.
“I still believe that at the World Cup level we have not explored our potential to the fullest.

“But looking at the current players, their build-up and the harmony in the team, I think we will be able to get it right this time,” he said.
Coach Jostine explained that besides having good players the technical team is also up to the task.
“On the paper, the toughest test match appears to be the one against Argentina. But if can draw the match against Argentina and win the other two, it will get us into the next round.
“We have the players that can make us play in the knock out stage and do Africa proud,” he enthused.
The coach whose team suffered gallant lost of 2 – 3 goals to hosts, Plateau United, at the Jos Rwang Pam Township Stadium, expressed appreciation with the level of improvement in the area of match officiating in the on-going NNL campaign.
