At least 20 people believed to be members of the All Progressive Congress (APC) yesterday slumped during the inauguration of the recently elected state executive at the popular June 12 Cultural Centre, Kuto.
Ventilation in the ultra modern hall became worrisome to offer smoothen breeze and the people inside started falling one after the other.
The crowd was too much for the capacity of the air conditioners available.
The affected party members were however revived by the standby medical team which gave first aid attention.
However, Governor Ibikunle Amosun, in his address to the party members, urged them to open a new chapter in the history of the party.
He implored them to rekindle the flame of love and unity in the party.
