An accident occurred in Kafinhausa local government area of Jigawa state Monday evening that claimed the lives of all the 14 passengers on board.
The report has it that the driver who survived the accident is in critical condition in the hospital.
This was announced by the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) of the Jigawa state Police command, Lawal Shisu Adam, who said a Golf car carrying 14 passengers ran into a broken bridge, resulting in the loss of all lives on board.
He added that the tragic incident has sent shockwaves throughout the community.
Lawal Shisu Adam condemned the reckless driving and over load that led to the accidents that claimed lives of innocent people.

The eyewitness stated that the vehicle was traveling at a high speed when it lost control and crashed into the damaged bridge.
