I’ll fulfil all campaign promises to Adamawa people – Fintiri


The newly elected governor of Adamawa state, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has assured the people that he would fulfil all his campaign promises for the benefit of the people and to develop the state.

Fintiri, who stated this in his Yola residence, urged them to be calm and be law abiding, adding once he is sworn-in his administration would focus of programmes that would uplift the poor.

“The people of Adamawa state have given me their mandate. All our campaign promises and manifestoes we will make sure we deliver them in good time so that this state can move forward once again.”

He promised to give attention to civil service, education, create employment opportunities for the teeming unemployed persons, as well as pay attention to many other vital sectors.

He promised to give Adamawa youths sound education, provide them with skills acquisition programmes to make them self reliance, provide them scholarship, pay NECO and WAEC fees, and other programmes that would ensure a secure future for them.

Fintiri extend his hands of friendship to those who contested with him to join hands with him in the task of developing Adamawa of their dream.

He urged the people to be united, and put behind them the spiteful campaign characterised by fake news to enable him reform and invest in the future of the state and its people.
