EPL: Citizens eye revenge against Spurs

Manchester City and Tottenham will face each other for the third time in less than a week at the Etihad Stadium. Both sides played each other over two legs in the Champions League, with Spurs winning the first encounter and City winning the second. It wasnt enough though as the Citizens were sent packing on away goals after Raheem Sterling had a last gasp winner ruled out for offside.

The City side will certainly still be feeling the pain, and will look to exact revenge as their title defence continues. Spurs may no longer be in the title race but they will need points to keep their top four hopes going. Despite having Harry Kane out injured, the Lily whites did well to stun Man City in the Champions League Quarter finals. They will have it all to do nonetheless if they are to get something out of the game.

West Ham will be eyeing a first win in three games when Leicester visit the Olympic Stadium.

Brighton will look to avoid falling into the relegation zone when they take on Wolves at the Molineux.

Fulham will take on an in form Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium. 

Newcastle and Southampton will battle for maximum points at the Sports Direct Arena.

Watford will have a chance to climp up the table when they face Huddersfield Town at the Kirklees Stadium. 

Tomorrow, Manchester United will make the trip to Goodison Park to battle Everton. United are not in good form currently following a tight schedule which features a 3-0 defeat to Barcelona, but they will be confident nonetheless as they are unbeaten in their last six games against the Toffees, winning four of them. Everton’s home form has  been strong of late, and Marco Silva will look to use it to his advantage. Luke Shaw remains suspended, while Eric Bailly and Ander Herrera are injured.

Arsenal will entertain Crystal Palace at the Emirates Stadium. The Gunners are on the back of an impressive away win over Napoli and will now turn the focus to maintaining the push for a top four place. Palace are just a point off the 40 point mark and are eight points off the relegation zone. With just a few games of the season left to play, the Eagles are a few points off securing their safety.
