Housing Deficit: Private developer commissions apartments, “townhouses”

As part of its continued effort to provide qualitative housing for Nigerians and reducing the housing deficit in the country, Hall 7 Real Estate Limited,has commissioned its ultra-modern apartments and Townhouses in Abuja. 

The facility named: “The Bridge Peridot” by the real estate company, is described as the display of innovative thinking and precision, and paying extra attention to details with customer’s need in mind.

Speaking during the commissioning ceremony of The Bridge Peridot in Abuja, the Chief Executive Officer of Hall 7 Real Estate limited, on Saturday, Mr. Olayinka Braimoh said,  “What drives Hall 7 Real Estate as a brand is our desire to deliver quality housing to and for Nigerians, for us, it’s about the value we deliver to our customers and stakeholders, and we are also very committed to bridging the housing deficit in Nigeria. 

 “We want to do things differently, that is why we decided on developing The Bridge Peridot which took more than two years to complete because we wanted it to be of world standard and we are pleased that we achieved that. We are excited about commissioning this, and we look to doing more for the Nigerian real estate sector in the near future.”Braimoh said that Hall 7 Real estate, has over the years been a dependable provider of value and state of the art housing facility one of such is the Brook Shore Residence with about 230 units consisting of basketball courts, a mini golf course, a swimming pool, and a skate park.

He noted that his firm mainly services ‘medium-to high-end’ Real Estate customers with quality service delivery as its major ethos.
The event was attended by key stakeholders in the housing sector, as well as celebrities like Ayo Makun (AY), Timi Dakolo amongst others.
