Housing Deficit: Private developer commissions apartments, “townhouses”

As part of its continued effort to provide qualitative housing for Nigerians and reducing the housing deficit in the country, Hall 7 Real Estate Limited,has commissioned its ultra-modern apartments and Townhouses in Abuja. 

The facility named: “The Bridge Peridot” by the real estate company, is described as the display of innovative thinking and precision, and paying extra attention to details with customer’s need in mind.

Speaking during the commissioning ceremony of The Bridge Peridot in Abuja, the Chief Executive Officer of Hall 7 Real Estate limited, on Saturday, Mr. Olayinka Braimoh said,  “What drives Hall 7 Real Estate as a brand is our desire to deliver quality housing to and for Nigerians, for us, it’s about the value we deliver to our customers and stakeholders, and we are also very committed to bridging the housing deficit in Nigeria. 

 “We want to do things differently, that is why we decided on developing The Bridge Peridot which took more than two years to complete because we wanted it to be of world standard and we are pleased that we achieved that.
